Returns & Exchanges

At Wide Fit Shoes, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your comfort; if your footwear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
